WRIU 90.3 FM

During my welcome day visit to URI during

my Senior year of high school I first heard

about WRIU 90.3 FM. I went back home

that day knowing I would be a member

in the fall.Fast forward four years later and

I am currently the FM Sports Director, have

called countless URI sporting events and

have gained on-air experience to jump

start my broadcasting career.

In my time as a member I have had the

privilege to broadcast on Rhode Island’s

leading non-commercial radio station. I have play-by-play for men's and women's basketball, men's and women's soccer, both baseball and softball, and even volleyball. In my junior year I was elected RIU2 Sports Director. Coordinating broadcast schedules and calling URI events on the online sister station of WRIU.

During my Senior year I served as FM Sports Director. I was responsible for scheduling broadcast teams, coordinating with our community DJ's to reserve the studio for our sports broadcasts and also I was the main play-by-play broadcaster for both Rhode Island football and men's basketball. I also would host a half-an-hour sports talk show, the Sports Power Half Hour everyday.

Below is some of my live broadcast clips from both football and basketball as well as a clip from our sports show.
